About me

First and foremost, I am a person like you, on a journey through life with the inevitable scars that occur on the way. These scars ultimately guided me to seek therapy and discover who I truly am (and was), and as this interest for a better conscious understanding of myself and life grew, I decided that I wanted to work with people seeking the same goal. My passion is in watching my clients get closer to realising their true potential.

I have a depth of knowledge and experience born from my client work at the Priory hospital, private practice and other clinical placements in London.

Prior to working as a psychotherapist, I worked in the city of London and offshore in the finance sector and co-founded/Directed a business that was grown until its acquisition by a competitor.

Professional accreditation

I am a registered and fully-accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), whose register is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (accountable to Parliament). I am also an approved member of the Federation of drug and alcohol practitioners (FDAP).

Training and Experience

I completed five years of training under Nigel Hamilton at the Centre of Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London, gaining a post graduate Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy. This extensive training required me to hold various placements to expand my knowledge, along with shadowing a psychiatrist in a clinical setting.

I have extensive clinical training and experience treating a diverse range of issues, however, perhaps surprisingly, some of my greatest teachers have been my client’s who have had the courage to reach forward towards the light and gain insight into who they truly are.

Through extensive personal work, I have come to love and respect my past challenges, and now realise that they have helped me to become the therapist and person I am today.

I have been seeing clients since 2012 and am currently studying for a Diploma in Body Language.

The Priory

I have gained immeasurably from my exposure to a diverse range of clients at the Priory Hospital in London/Roehampton over the past four years, and continue to see clients there.

ASCA (Addiction Support and Care Agency)

I have worked with clients at ASCA since 2012, working specifically with people presenting with wide ranging addiction issues.
